Through new pictures and new lit- erature, we have attempted to glve you an Interesting outline of the past year's work. Sports, dramatics, and music have added to the pleasure of this year, while our studies have contributed to the more serious side, We sincerely hope we have made this annual as interesting as the annuals of the past have been. May many happy moments be yours in years to come as you once again look through the following pages of this book. As Editor, I wish to thank Mr. Smith, our commercial teacher, the staff, teachers, all friends, patrons, and students who in any way helped to make the RISING HI a success, I We hope that you will always keep this book close at hand so that you can look at it and recall your days at Risingsun.

This year, the staff has chosen Mr. William M. Smith, our commercial teacher and yearbook advisor, to receive this signal honor of nDedicat1on.n Mr. Smith, who is now serving his second year in the Rising- sun Bohool Commercial Dept., has been a tireless, capable guide to us, as we have worked from day to day. We, without reservation, feel that he has earned this recognition.
