D E D I C A T I O N We, the Annual Staff of the nRising Hin, the yearbook for the 19h9-1950 Risingsun School year, wish to dedicate our Annual toTMr. W. F. Stevens our Vocational Agriculture Instructor. Mr. Stevens has taught in the Risingsun Schools for thirteen years, having begun his work here in 1937. Having graduated from Ohio State University, he has taught in different sections of Ohio, for a total of thirty-four years, He also servedn considerable time as a soldier in World Win I, During his thirteen years in Risingsun, Mr, Stevens has made a multitude of friends among students and community members. He has been a tireless worker in all the school's activites. Whatever the chore or task may have been, he has been loyal to all that was Worthy and wholesome. With excellence as his goal he has never stopped until the njob was well done.u It is with pride and pleasure, that we, the Seniors of 1950, honor Mr. Stevens with this dedication. EDITORIAL It soon will be time for another graduating class to make a way for themselves in this world. We, the annual staff, therefore, have tried to portray to you the events and hgppenings of our senior year through this 1950 edition of the MRis1ng Hin. Have you ever heard one say, nlf only these rooms, ' these corridors, could talk, what a story they would tell?n Of course, we know these things to be impossible. But through the words and pictures of this annual we believe you can obtain this information.
