EDITORIAL The class of l9Ly9 has taken its place among other graduation classes of Risingsu High. It is now up to us to prove whether or not we are capable of taking an important position in the world. More than ever before young men and women are needed to strenghthen our country: scientists, for furthering advancements in scientific researchg teachers, to build the citizens of tomorrowgstatesmen, engineers, authors, etc. A11 ,prctsesLons' need young men and women with vision that our country may remain the leader in world affairs. But most important of all, we must train for peace. For if we are to save ourselves and the world from destruction there must be no more war. Unless we prepare for peace we will never have it. 1 We may rightly say that upon the sincere efforts of young men and women today rests the fate of the world tomorrow.
