In October the Middle School students chose two representatives from each homeroom. Then two Co-Consuls were chosen to run the meetings, which occur on Wednesdays during Club Period. Mrs. Wetzel supervises the meetings and helps out with arrangements. The Middle School Stu- dent Government had another successful year. We did many of the things that we have done in the past, such as Jeans Day and Bag Lunch Day. Again we contributed our annual Christmas tree to the school. It is now planted on the front lawn for all to enjoy. We also added a new idea: the Gourmet Sale, which is a fund-raiser for the Middle School. - Deacon Webster S. A. B. Absent: Mrs. Park, Advisor. Our SAB consists of elected members of the 7th, 8th and 9th grades. This year we led our school in supporting Westchester's Holiday Sharing Drive. We took part in joining the many who are trying to help aid starving Ethiopians. We also brought to- gether students and teachers to work as one for the benefit of all. The Red-Blue captains organized new and exciting events which all the students truly enjoyed. Our SAB was very strong this year. It is an activity that we all look forward to because it is a time to express our ideas and work together for the school. - Amy Sydorick Student Government: 43 svrawrs I r .
