'vvwvf-vt-gg-L-- ,. STUDE T GOVER ME T The student government under advisor Mr. Ernest Poletti and President Frank Franzia com- pleted a successful T954-T955 school year. Farnk Franzia was elected by the student body to head our government as President. Since our government is patterned after the Federal Gov- ernment, he appointed people to the offices of Vice President, Secretary of Records, Secretary of Entertainment, Secretary of Notifications, Secre- tary of Rallys, Chief Justice, Chief of Police, Bail- iff, the Supreme Court, Prosecuting Attorney, and Defense Attorney. Each month a congress meeting was held. Dur- ing these meetings, bills were introduced, if considered beneficial to the student body, they were passed. The congress passed a bill which narrowed down the enforcement body to only people se- lected by the President. This bill did away with the tickets which were given for spite and was proven satisfactory. Mr. Ernest Poletti, Advisor, and Frank Franzia President.
