Thaf momenl when we firsf enlered Ripon l-ligh we were looking forward fo fhe day when we would be high and mighfy seniors-fo look down on all incoming freshmen. Now rhaf we are seniors and preparing for graduafion, we look back fo fhe old days when we were freshmen and recall The good 'limes we had befween fhen and now. Some of us remember fhe parfies our class has held, some remember fheir years in sporfs, and yef ofhers look back af 'rhe school dances held by fhe sfudenf body and olher organizafions. ln our freshman year of high school we donafed enferfainmenf 'ro fhe sfudenfs by accepfing our inifiafion wifh good nalure. The following year we were given fhe pleasure of guiding fhe new freshmen in 'rheir day of misery. Our iunior year was fhe mosf excifing year for all of us. Firsf we sfarled fo raise money for 'rhe Prom. In so doing we had a lol' of fun giving dances and holding coke sales. We raised enough money 'ro give a wonderful Prom for fhe seniors which every one enjoyed immensely. Then came our lasf year . . . we were seniors! Our whole senior year was excifing. For our Senior Difch Day we leff for a weekend 'lrip fo Yosemife. Wisely, we chose 'lo visii' This wonder spof of nafure a+ The peak of ifs seasonal beaufy. lf was an occasion we will long remember. Buf graduafion day has come and we musf lake our place in running fhis world, and leave our place in school fo fhose who follow us.

Kingeryq or To The cheerful assisTance of Mrs. Buck: or To The cooperaTion of The Board oT TrusTees. When a sTudenT sTarTs a proiecT or enTers a compeTiTion, iT is encouraging To know ThaT iT he meeTs any problems he can noT solve There will be a member oT The adminisTraTion To sTand behind him or in some way lend a helping hand. We are indeed TorTunaTe in The TacT ThaT our school is managed in a very up-To-daTe way. The members of The adminisTraTion are always looking Tor more modern and eTficienT meThods To puT inTo eTTecT, and in adcliTion, are among The TirsT To consider new ideas presenTed by The sTudenTsg ThaT is, if They are consTrucTive ideas. IT is mosTly because of This desire Tor improvemenT ThaT our TexTbooks are recenT ediTions and our equipmenT is excellenT lespecially our new busesll. The adminisTraTion does noT sTop wiTh improving our school work, however. In our exTracurricular acTiviTies, ouT oT school proiecTs, field Trips, holidays, and enTerTainmenTs They are again ready To aid Ripon l-ligh sTudenTs in geTTing The besT Type oT good clean Tun and recreaTion. IT is obvious +ha+ The adminisTraTion is The keysTone oT The sTrucTure oT Ripon l-ligh School and we realize ThaT words cannoT demonsTraTe iusT how much we appreciaTe Their consideraTion Tor our welfare and Their example oT cooperaTion among Themselves.
