FOREWORD To excel is the aim of every student or group of students of our school and during the past year we have had many who have excelled in their particular work. Because of this we have chosen as a theme for this book Progress and Achievement of Ripon High School during the past year. We wish to bring to you all of these accomplishments and give you a picture of what our school has done and is doing. Numerous awards have been received by individuals and organizations in many of the departmentsot the school. These departments are art, agriculture, com- mercial work, music, debating, and athletics. All the awards received during the past year will be noted elsewhere in this book by word and picture. Here we record another year of school life enumerating the outstanding achieve- ments ot the students of this school. .
