Behind strong pitching from Mike Bagdon, Mike Earnshaw, and Frank Kellyg and consistent hitting from joe Sobeck, Ron Calavano, Chris Lauser, and Ken Mooney, the aspect of such a success is bright. The defense on the team'is also of quality. ln the outfield Mike Wiese, Mike Frey, and Mike Cregan patrol left, center, and right fields respectively. The double play combination of Soheck, Lauser, and Lud- Wikowsky is something teams must be fearful of. Unlike many of the other school teams, the varsity returns With many Veterans of the game.
