QP ff' l Q 6146551071 Each year the students of Rio Vista Joint Union High School have dedicated the NETHERLANDS either to some idea worthy of their admira- tion or to an individual who has been outstanding in contrilruting to the i progress of our school. We know one person under whose guidance our school has made out- standing progress in many ways. Une of the many achievements for which he has worked untiringly is the improvement of our heautiful footlmall field of which the entire community is proud. Under his direction, plans are being formulated for new school buildings and grounds which will he com- standing of our school. His office door is usually open. He is advisor and friend to all of the students and has earned their respect and loyalty. For these reasons and also because he is our friend and we wish him to know our appreciation, we proudly dedicate the l95l NETHERLANDS to Charles R. Hale.
