These were spon- sored by The lvlonTezuma Grange and The Rio VisTa Chamber oT Commerce. The annual Barn Dance was a grand success, as was also The annual duclc Teed held in lsleTon This year. The chapTer boughT Three hundred dollars' worTh oT DeTense Bonds and will buy more laTer on. Every member is doing all he can Tor Food-Tor-DeTense by increasing his garden proiecT and by going inTo The poulTry business. The Agronomy Team composed oT Edwin Lee, Guido Giro- lomi, and Sam l-limoTo won The sTaTe championship, and The chap- Ter won The Speery Plague.
