HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE I count it a pleasure to have been as- sociated with the Ringling Public Schools these past seven years . The friendships Ihave made will be lasting and abiding as far as I am concerned. I sincerely hope that somewhere along the way I have been able to help you as a student, either di- rectly or indirectly, and that help will bear fruit in a better way of life for you. Remember that education in itself is not the answer to our problemsg but it is the application of education that determines our destination. My best wishes to the Ringling schools in their endeavor to cultivate the minds of our citizens of tomorrow . May the teach- ers reap satisfaction in seeing a job well done, and the students satisfaction in developing an inquiring mind . To Vou, as students of Ringling School, I say vou have two great obligations to fulfill. One is to God for giving you a good mind, the other is to yourself to see that you use it well. Op portunity lends itself most frequently to those who seek it. Be sure that the goal which you seek and strive for is one of lasting value. Success is to be had only through much effort and hard work. Q. iQf,,.osSL

THE SCHOOL PROGRAM A school program of high quality is one in which the curriculum makes possible, and the teaching and guidance make real, the promise of educational opportunity for each child . Every child is unique. Boys, girls, farm youth, city youth, suburban youth, rich children, poor children, the highly endowed, the slow learners, the adept, the clumsy, the timid, the frail, the strong -- all have differing educational needs and differing potentials for which the school must provide. Our sincere desire is that the Ringling School program is meeting the needs to the greatest degree possible.
