Dalls This year Ringgold was particularly proud of its award-winning Dalls. In addition to their excellent half-time performances, the Dalls were active participants in many majorette contests. They won first place in two National Baton Twirling Association contests, receiving trophies and individual medals. Also, last sum- mer the four senior Dalls, Vicki Fields, leri George, Rose Parish, and Terrilyn Polonoli attended the Superstar Drill and Dance Team Camp at Duquense Uni- versity for four days. They were awarded a Superstar trophy, first place, for their efforts. People, sung by Karen Lang was one of various solos. To Broadway With Lo e - - -ASmash Review A totally new idea was innovated in the 1978 musical production - a review which incorporated the talents of dancers, singers, actors and writers. The script was written by Denise Ferbas and Debbie Buell and was performed by a cast of six. The musical cast performed songs from various Broadway hits such as Brigadoon, West Side Story and jesus Christ Superstar, in both solos and group efforts. It if .
