Thirty two boys and girls entered Miss Helen s Senior room to begin their last years work at Rineyville The following class officers were installed Pres1dent Richard Vertrees Vice Presldent Buddy Harbolt Secretary Faith Rathff Treasurer .lean Graham Sgt at Arms Dawson Foster and class Clown Mike Gunning In addition to class officers we chose Dickie Thompson Ed1tor 1n-Chief of The Tatler Ralph Sherrard Assistant Editor 1n-Ch1ef and Ivan Nall BUSINESS Manager Anna Bennett was our class queen and J1mmy Howell the class king Dawson Foster Mike Gunning and Ronald Yates grace the first team as the Senior representatives 1n the realm of basketball and Rose K1dwell lS concluding her second year as cheerleader We are looking forward w1th great expectations to a wonderful class trip to Washington IH the Sprmg Supposing all of us will make the grade and get past those final exams we face graduauon with great hope for the future but with sadness at leaving R H S and Miss Helen who has proved an outstandlng sponsor and an understandlng counselor CLASS PROPHECY Scott Hanna has become a famous hair styhst HIS latest rage the Surrey with the Frlnge on Top IS sweeping the country It makes milady look like a St Bernard become quite famous for murdering Chopln B111 Knight an execuuve manager for the Bab OCo draws a salary of S500 000 each year H somehow manages to stay two states ahead of the Income Tax Collector Everyone knows Ruth Bushl Yes ll IS her face that adorns the Colgate ad I would walk a mile for a smile ' J1mmy Howell s power of persuasion has finally paid off He IS now an eminent denust His techniqueis remarkable he coaxes the teeth out In her spare mme after managlng a home and three children Joann Muse grows flowers Her yard is covered with dandehons and daisies! Ivan Nall is now manager of the Kroger Store in Elizabethtown He guarantees his burgers contain the freshest horse meat 1n town Patricia Brangers IS now a famous golf star She s1ghts swings and yells timber Rumor has tt that she was fut by a falling tree when she was a baby Harvey Yates has become a noted columnist H1s col11rnn Yates Yaps has 1ncreased the c1rculat1on of every newspaper ln New York except the New York Sun 1n which it appears Nelhe Bailey who marr1ed and settled down IS one of Ehzabethtown s most prominent club women She handles her lorgnette with finesse Freddie Williams after years of sleeping in class has become a victim of 1nsomn1a Doctors say that he ha completely exhausted his sleeping capacity Thelma Adams has set a new style in hair coloring.
