Jim intends to go into the Air Conditioning field. Anderson, Lawrence Thornton “Andy” A quiet guy you think you see. But in him ts hidden T. N. T. Andy is 17 years old and resides at 50 Hancock St. He graduated from the Longfellow School. He is interested in Aero engines and Construc- tion. Andy intends to go to college. Anselmo, Joseph Edward “Joe” Joe was always good at art, So from his brush he'll never part. Joe is 18 years old and lives at 265 Hurley St. He graduated from the Thorndike School. His favorite study was design. Joe intends to be an an auto mechanic. Avakian, Arthur Jack “Art” “Art” — is quite the lad, But he really isn’t bad. Art is 18 years old and lives at 326 Columbia St. He ceetinted from the Wellington School. His favorite study was Mathematics. His hob- bies are building model airplanes and ships. Forewond In publishing The Brownie it has been the aim of the staff to record in permanent form such happenings as may prove of lasting interest, and to present, as accurately as possible a composite picture of our four years. We have endeavered to make this a volume of retrospection, to afford a means of showing the spirit of Rindge, and to make it live again in those student days which we are about to leave. In all sincerity we hope that our work will meet with the approval and commendations of our classmates who by reason of their unselfish support, have been the real power behind whatever success we may have attained. page twenty two
