CRARLES STABENFELDT “Swede” 1 Malcolm Road. 16 years, 11 months “Swede,” as he happens to be called, has no definite plans for the future, but is perhaps, intending to follow his brother’s footsteps in the electrical field. In the Fall, ‘“Dibbie’ plans to enter Northeastern Business School.) His sense of humor is something to be remembered. In school he has managed to attain Honor Roll average for the past two years. Chess Club. JOHN JOSEPH SULLIVAN “Sully” 16 Holly Avenue. 17 years, 7 months This is the boy with the beautiful second tenor in the Glee Club. Well “Sully” perhaps you'll be an opera star some day. SZULEWSKI “Joe” 17 Thorndike Street. 18 years Four years ago there entered Rindge a 14 year old lad determined to come ahead. GEORGE BERNARD ROPER “Bosco” 13 George Street. 17 years, 2 months Four years ago “Bosco” came to Rindge from St. John’s School. His favorite subject is economics and law. He loves to sweep floors also. He loves to take part in sports but never went out for any of the Rindge teams. RICHARD RIDEOUT “Dick? 9A Richdale Avenue. 17 years, 10 months “Dick” graduated from the Washington Grammar School, Boston. He is very interested in mechanical drawing as it is his favorite subject. He is undecided as to his future, he may decide to become president of the United States. Everyone knows “Joe” because he is always wearing a smile. SARDINHA “Augie” 313 Elm Street. 17 years, 3 months He came to Rindge from the Wellington School. He took a printing course at Rindge. He intends to follow it up. SHEA “Connie” 3d Tufts Street. 18 years “Connie” came to Rindge from the Morse Grammar School. Intends to go to work and finish his education at Technology nights. “Connie” is a Won- derful dancer, all the girls adore him. He won a silver cup for dancing. JOHN PATRICK SHERIDAN “Red” 7 Sparks Street. 17 years, 6 months Here is another printing fellow. After graduating “Red” plans to go into the printing business. At present, Shop Mathematics seems to be his meat. He is also deeply interested in ath stics. At the same time, “Red” plans to attend Northeastern Evening Schooi. Well, so long and good luck! MANUEL JOSEPH SIMONDS ES? 182 Third Street. 17 years, 8 months This short, smart young fellow came from the Putnam School four years ago and since that time has been invaluable in his aid in setting up the Reg- ister. His favorite subject seems to be printing, which he hopes to continue out in the World of Hard Knocks, the University of Experience. Good luck! JACK WHITNELL “Jackie” 103 Carleton Street. 18 years, 6 months “Jackie” has been quite a fellow, ever since he entered Rindge from the Roberts Grammar School. So much have his studies absorbed his interest, or so it seems, that he is not prominent in any field at all, except carpentry, for cabinet-making is his plan for the future. FRANK WAITKINS “Blondy” 221 Columbia Street. 18 years, 8 months “Blondy,”’ a student of aviation, plans to work as a mechanic with gas en- gines after he leaves Rindge. JOSEPH FRANCIS WALSH “Bal” 25 Grant Street. 18 years, 9 months Here we have “Pal” the brother of the good natured “Laff.” Unlike his brother he has decided to go to college, but he also is set on having a good time. WILLIAM HENRY WEST “Bill” 341 Cambridge Street. 18 years Here’s “Bill” himself with that pretty curly hair of his and the beautiful vow tie. “Bill” is pursuing finance and, accordingly plans to study accounting at Northeastern these next five years. He has been very busy, having had to work for the past two years. Well “Bill” we wish you the best of success! Travel Club ’28, ’29. WILLIAM DONOVAN WEST “Bill” 62 Eustis Street. 19 years, 1 month “Bill” is a new arrival at Rindge, having been her only one year. He had entered the Farm and Trade School, Boston, and also the Lincoln Preparatory before entering Rindge. During his short stay here he has become quite popu- lar with the class. He plans to enter Middlesex Medical this fall. FRANCIS HAROLD WHELAN “S3evo” 32 Ellsworth Avenue Well, here’s another Whelan, “Bevo” this time. “Bevo” plans to enter Stanford College next year, and it seems, he might specialize in chemistry, for that is his favorite study. Besides his studies, “Bevo” has been deeply in- terested in athletics and clubs. Baseball ’27, Swimming ’27, Football 28, Travel ’28, ’29, Checkers ’28, Torch ’27, ’28. FRANCIS M. WHELAN “Frank” 237 Norfolk Street. 20 years, 4 months Here is a hustling, bustling radio and electric technician. Frank’s hobby is radio repairing; his favorite study is electricty. Thus we see the truth at once. After graduation “Frank” plans to go out in the world to try his luck in the broad electrical field. Whatever special line he takes up, we wish him the best of luck!
