LEO FRANCIS DIGNAN “Diggie” 62 Richdale Avenue. 16 years, 10 months Now let us introduce Leo, a graduate of the Peabody Grammar School. During his stay in school he has been a member of the Glee Club and Traffic Squad. Leo also was prominent in class politics. DANIEL JOHN DONAHUE ’ “Dan” 20 Holly Avenue. 18 years, 4 months “Dan” entered Rindge from St. Peter’s School to prepare for Boston Unt- versity, the next step in his career. He has ably taken part in several dra- matic affairs, among them the Christmas plays. We are sure he will be suc- cessful at college next year. Good luck “Dan.” Chess Club ’29, ’30. ANDREW WILSON DONALDSON “Andy” 1525 Massachusetts Avenue. 17 years, 10 months Here we have “Andy,” a graduate of the Agassiz Grammar School. He has studied electrical work in school and plans to continue this study at the Wentworth Institute. He has been on the Honor Roll several times and has never failed a subject. If he keeps up this good work after he graduates, he will surely succeed. Best wishes of luck “Andy!” RALPH EDWIN DE RONDE, JR. “Slim” 59 Banks Street. 18 years, 10 months Next in line is Ralph, one of the cheeriest of classmates. “Slim” is one of the last boys in school who have represented Rindge on the cinder path and is a firm supporter of running. THOMAS JOSEPH DE YOUNG ‘oe 122 Montgomery Street. 18 years, 8 months Here we have “Joe,” a graduate of Our Lady of Pity Grammar School. He has been active in sports during his stay in school. His plans for the future are undecided, but he will probably be successful in his future undertakings. Football ’30, Traffic Squad 730. MERLE C. EASTMAN 97 Henry Street. 19 years, 10 months Merle entered Rindge from the Morse School to take up a mechanical drawing course. He has made best progress in mechanical and architectural drawing. BAILEY JACKMAN EPPS “Bill’ 98 Walden Street. 18 years, 2 months “Bill” entered Rindge from the Peabody School to study automobile re- pairing, which work he intends to pursue after graduation. EDWIN CURTIS FLANDERS “Eddie” 65 Dana Street. 19 years, 8 months Ladies and gentlemen! Let us introduce “Eddie,” one of our fun-loving comrades. “Eddie’’ came to Rindge from the Agassiz School to prepare for college. He intends to take a Post Graduate course before entering college, where he will take up chemistry. Because he wishes to be a chemist, he has specialized in this branch of science. JOHN W. COSTINE “Jack” 110 Vassal Lane. 19 years, 7 months John is one of the several fellows representing the Russell Sc hool. It seems difficult to pick up much of a record about “Jack” while in school. Dur- ing his vacations he attended the C. M. C. T. camp. His favorite and best study is shop mathematics. At present John’s plans are undecided but we wish him the best of luck in whatever line he takes up. JOHN BERNARD COUGHLAN ACE. 60 Maple Avenue. 17 years, 2 months “Jack” came from St. Mary’s Grammar School. While in school he has been active in many enterprises as well as being a member of the Honor Roll during last two years. “Jack’s” plans for the future are undecided but we feel sure he will be successful in any position. ALVIN JOSEPH CRAMTON sh Al? 334% Inman Street. 17 years, 9 months “Al” entered Rindge from the Sacred Heart School to study drafting. While in school he has been on the Honor Roll several times, starring in me- chanical drawing. ‘Al’ plans to be an automobile engineer and designer, a position which he will probably successfully fill. EDMUND FRANCIS CORKERY “Deacon” 88 Putnam Avenue. 18 years, 4 months When Edmund graduated from St. Paul’s, he took up a college course at Rindge in preparation for his studies at Boston College. During his last year in school he has made a name for himself in the record he has set up on the Honor Roll, being among the first five boys. Good luck “Deacon.” J. FRANK H. COCKUM 4 Buena Vista Park. 17 years, 9 months Frank entered Rindge from the Webster School to take up an electrical course in preparation for electrical career. During his stay in school he has never failed a subject and has been a member of the Honor Roll in his first and last years. Good luck, Frank! GEORGE WILLIAM DONOVAN “Tubber” 21 Carver Street Here we have another Agassiz graduate in “Tubber.’”’ We have only a few traces of him in school but they speak well of him. He was a member of the football squads of ’27 and ’28. Next year he intends to go to Exeter. Good luck “Tubber!” MICHAEL JOHN DOODY “Mike” 32 Bristol Street. 17 years, 10 months “Mike” hails from St. Mary’s School. He claims his favorite study is economics and law. JOHN JOSEPH DORITY “Jay” 357 Allston Street. 17 years, 1 month John entered Rindge from the Webster Grammar School to study elec- tricity. Re plans to enter the electrical field after graduating, specializing in motor and generator work. Among his several hobbies we find poetry writing and we may be sure that he has some talent along this line. He claims that his favorite study is economics and law, although he receives better marks in English. He is un- decided about his plans but we are sure he will be successful in any work he does. Travel Club ’27, ’28, ’29. EDWARD FINBAR FOLEY “Eddie” 168 Vassal Lane. 17 years, 11 months Here is a fellow who needs no introduction because of the name he has made in dramatics. He took part in the first operetta. ‘“Eddie’’ showed what he was made of when he was called upon to take the place of a fellow who took sick the night of the show. Since then he has played a leading part in all the operettas and plays, rounding up his career with the lead in “Seven Keys to Baldpate.” ‘Eddie’ intends to enter Boston University in the Fall. He has proved to be one of the greatest athletes ever developed at Rindge. He intends to continue his athletic enterprises at Colburn “Prep”? school next year. BERNARD GENERAL “Barney” 35 Park Street. 17 years, 2 months A great fellow, “Barney,” the weightiest question in school. Usually light- hearted and jovial he was always well up in his studies as his marks illustrated. He’ll be back next year as a P. G. DOMINIC GIDARI “Honk” 45 Foster Street. 17 years, 1 month “Honk” didn’t leave many traces of his career at Rindge, but he was always full of pep and fun. He is undecided as to the future, but his classmates wish him the best of luck in whatver he tackles. LEO V. GOSHGARIAN “Gosh” 269 Brookline Street. 16 years, 3 months “Gosh” is a small fun loving chap whose jokes have won their way into the hearts of his classmates. A good student and scholar, he could always find time for a joke or riddle to break up the monotomy of school work. We are sure he will succeed in his chosen field of work.
