He stayed here for two years in which time he was Freshman editor on the Register staff and a member of the Ski Club. From Rindge he went to preparatory school for a year and he finished his fourth year at Mechanic Arts High in Boston. He returned to Rindge in ‘29 and there served as President of the P. G. class. He also served on the P. G. Dance Committee and P. G. Theatre Party Committee, He plans to enter college and study engineering. NEWS AND NOTES OF THE POST GRADUATE CLASS The day has finally come in which we | they have rendered us. They stayed with must say a last farewell to Rindge. After five successful years we must leave to enter on anew adventure. We can look back at our five years with pleasant mem- ories. Of course there was some “bitter with the sweet,” bui that is forgotten. We came years ago, spent those years meeting new friends, getting new ideas of life, and now we must leave. It is hard to say good-bye but such things must be done. five So in saying good-bye we wish to thank Mr. Wood and the teachers for the help | promptly us when we were getting twenties as they did when we were getting eighties and nineties. We are glad that we met you fellows, ; and as we say good-bye, we wish you good luck, God speed, and hope you will remem- ber us in days to come. The P. G. Dance, held at Riverbank Court Hotel, May 24, 1929, was a big suc cess. Evervone had a good time and there was a very good sized crowd there considering the rain. The dance started at eight and was continuous- Gunes evening until twelve with the exception of a short time, during which refreshments were served in the “Orange Room.” Bill Kerr furnished the music which was, in our opinion, the best he has ever given to Rindge. At the dance: The only thing which worried us at the time was Hayden's he had all the funds, but he finally did, just before the marvellons balloon dance and our minds were greatly relieved. Ed. He belonged to the Ski Club, 25, '26, ’27, the Travel Club, 27, '28 and was assistant manager of the Cross Country, ’27. “Balmy” intends to come back as a P. G. ,then go to Mass. Institute of Technology, and finally to attend the Ryan Flying School.
