The secretary at Rincon High School has a very specialized iob. Aside from the usual work done in an office, she has many other duties. The Prir1cipal's and Dean's secretaries handle student body announcements and help to co-ordinate student body and ad- ministration ideas and plans. They handle numerous student records and files and keep track of student discipline cases. The Registrar's Office keeps complete and accurate student records and en- courages good relationships between par- ents, students, counselors, and teachers. The Attendance secretaries keep daily records of attendance for all students. Their records must be accurate and positive at all times. The Switchboard secretaries are kept busy with handling all calls to and from Rincon each day,
