The primary aim of the department is to build strong bodies and encour- age leadership. The devel- opment of skills and the improvement of physical fitness are a part of the total development of the individ- ual. I' HOMEMAKING DEPARTMENT Rincon's three homemaking teachers, Mary Robinson, Nlariorie Dunbar, and Cornelia Lytle, use the modern equip- ment in the Homemaking Department to instruct Rincon students in various phases of home management. Four years of Home Economics are offered and students are given a wide range of valuable experiences in labs and home proiects. IJ' LIBRARY STAFF Rincon can be proud of its fine library and the job that the Library Staff does. The Staff is responsible for the care of the thousands of books in the library. The librarians guide students in proper use of the available facilities. DRIVER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT Driver Education is a course designed to further citizenship and an awareness of civic responsibility. Mr. Richard King and Mr. Oscar Carillo are the teachers in this department.
