To be eligible for membership in Quill and Scroll, journalism students must be of iunior stand- ing, have at least ninety column inches of copy or the equivalent in a school publication, and rank scholastically in the upper third ot their class. The iob of each Teen Citizen reporter is to report the news and events of his school to the Tucson Daily Citizen, Tucson's evening newspaper. During the week, these reporters must report and write up interesting news items, and supervise accompanying pic- tures, if necessary, On Saturday, editors and re- porters meet at the office build- ing of the Citizen to arrange the articles on the pages allotted them.
