Administratioii Tim Buchanan — Principal AAen At Work — The 19821983 school year has seen many changes. One of the larger ones to come about was the transfer of Bob Gayle to Lake Arrowhead Elemen- try. Leaving a spot to be filled, Joe Mathews stepped in and showed us his flexibility and strength and became our new Vice Principal. Joe Matthews and Tim Buchanan intertwined their strengths and ideas to make one powerful force. Mew attendance policies, tighter budgets and higher enrollment proved to be a fierce challenge, but our administrators accepted the challenge. There Is something that our faculty and ad- ministration have that makes them unique from all other schools. They have pride an d a strong determination to uphold our school and keep the feeling of security there. Many groans and complaints were heard from students as the new policies came about this year, but they were silenc- ed as we all realized that they were the things that make up Rim High.
