ijraphic! Graphic Arts updated its facility with a new computerized photo typesetting system. The students were trained to use the offset printing equipment and to ar- range layouts and create designs, by using the process camera. Students enjoyed lear- ning a new skill while participating in the production of the Scots Scroll, club flyers, school programs, P.T.A. directories, com- munity brochures and flyers and annual ads as well as their own creative material. 198

The equipment has helped the students process their ideas. The newesy equip- ment is worth $75,000.00 and is a true asset to the Graphics Department. A special thanks goes to Richard Turner and the Graphic Arts program from The 1983 Pibroch Staff. Time and time again, the Graphics crew assisted with the big deadline.
