Purposes: To practice brotherhood, honor rural opportunities and responsibilities, and develop those qualities of leadership which a future farmer should possess. To promote agriculture, create more interest in farming, create and nuture a love for country life. Provide educational and recreational entertainment, promote thrift, afford a medium of cooperation in buying and selling and to establish confidence of the farm boy in his work. The future farmer organization has a membership of more than 100,000 boys and extends from Maine to the Pacific and Porto Rico to Alaska.
