This naturally. has caused a greater responsibility for the faculty and an influx of many complex problems. These problems have been successfully lvorne hy our faculty. Our faculty works hand in hand with todays students, in order to mold together their separate qualities which would help to make these young people the future citizens of tomorrow. With their teaching and guidance. the faculty helped the young people of Ridley Township High School to obtain their goals. The teachers gave invaluable advice to many of us who were undecided in selecting a course in which we were to major. By Downes, T. .I'. Mrs. Sydnor, Mrs. Messner, and Mrs. Hankins. Mrs. Beam, Mrs Fassler and Nlrs Armstrong As the seedling depends upon the human hand to cultivate it into a healthy tree, so the young people of Ridley Township High School require the strong and guiding hands of our administration. The school board members are responsible to the community for providing the physical plant and equipment as well as a cultural and educational background for the students. We rely on Mr. Robert V. Donato, Superintendent of Schools, to coordinate the educational program within the district's schools. Under his direction the net-work of educational facilities grows with the township. Mr. Ralph B. Sharer, principal, and Mr. Norman B. Ferguson, assistant principal, skillfully prepare the high school curriculum and outside activities which will acclimate the student for the future. Miss Wagner, Mrs. Sydnor, and Mrs. Messner are secretaries in the superintendent's olhce. Aiding us in the principal's oflice as secretaries, we find Mrs. Fassler and Mrs. Armstrong. Mrs. Hankins assists Mrs. Coverdale in the school board office. Mrs. Beam serves as Miss McDonald's secretary. Because we can depend on such administrators for understand- ing and knowledge, we survive the difficult changes of growth. C. Perry A. Fullerton J Seller

Commercial, Vocational or General. Realizing how important experience is. the new faculty mem- bers and student teachers worked with former members to create a well adjusted faculty. In this way they were able to better fulfill their duties. The seniors of Ridley Township wish to express their gratitude . .
