Later on in the fall the annual Rent-a-Roadrunner was held. Many Seniors were unfortunately sold to the underclassmen in a do- what-you-want-with-me contract. This year the seniors had an opportunity to hear lectures on different careers from speakers at Senior meetings. Among many of the interesting speakers were Frances Kelly from Good Morning from Memphis and Bill Burke from the Memphis Press-Scimilar. Among other activities and events which the Seniors held were the annual Talent Show and a concert. both of which many thrilled students attended. Thanks to the help of Senior advisor Mrs. Davie the 78-79 school year was fun-filled with plenty of activities. - A 77 x, T ' ws - x lx .Dag ' 5 Ti sPoNsoR Mrs. Davie Sr. Class Officers left to Right: Johnny Walker. This year has certainly been a learning experience and an enjoyable experience for each one on the yearbook staff. We were certainly fortunate to have the guidance and supgort of Mrs. Scott. The pride and joy that we have in t is yearbook and in our school is difficult to put into words. We have tried our best to make this year- book represent all of the memories that every student at Ridgeway Jr.! Sr. High School has experienced. The pictures on this page represent places that we, the Seniors will always remember. Ridgeway has taught us things that we will not forget. To Ridgeway we owe a debt of gratitude for this. We hope that what we have learned we will use to make this world a better place. Also, pictured on this page are the students who helped to make this yearbook possible. Without them, this yearbook could not have been made. The yearbook staff thanks Mrs. Darby and the photogra- I 1- EDITOR ................ .... L ida Grant BUSINESS MANAGER .............
