Before we knew iT The weels had Tlown by and we had chosen our class oTTicers and our Freshmen cheerleaders. We were having a grand Time in our own liTTle world. ATTer Chrislmas vacalion everyone was busy geTring ready Tor exams. lhey werenT so bad now ThaT we Think ol all The exams weve Talcen since. As The monThs wer1T swilTly by, no one Tool: much noTice unTil, ALASl Exams again. l'haT was quick! How- ever, everyone came Through WiTh Tlying colors and now we were Thinking ol all The exciTing Things we could do in The summer monThs. When SepTember rolled around and school was baclc in session, we were acTive in mosT oT The schools acTiviTies: S:arleT Quill, S. A. B., and l-lall PaTrol. In The Tall we aTTended The TooTb.ill games and The pep rallies on The nighTs prior To The games. When snow began To fall and baslceT- ball season sTarTed, our ThoughTs also Turned To choosing our class rings. WiTh April showers and May Tlowers came more dances, baseball games, and Track meeTs which we all enjoyed. BeTore we re- alized iT our sophomore year had drawn To a close and we were all glad To have Two monThs oT sunshine and relaxaTion. When in SepTember, l952, school began, we were upper classmen, Our biggesT prob- lem ThaT year was raising money To give The Seniors a beauliful prom. As monThs passed, we aTTended more dances and cheered our Teams on To vicTory. WiTh spring near, we began seriously plan- ning Tor The Prom, which was held on May 30, aT The Ellcs Club.
