In The Tall we aTTended The TooTb.ill games and The pep rallies on The nighTs prior To The games. When snow began To fall and baslceT- ball season sTarTed, our ThoughTs also Turned To choosing our class rings. WiTh April showers and May Tlowers came more dances, baseball games, and Track meeTs which we all enjoyed. BeTore we re- alized iT our sophomore year had drawn To a close and we were all glad To have Two monThs oT sunshine and relaxaTion. When in SepTember, l952, school began, we were upper classmen, Our biggesT prob- lem ThaT year was raising money To give The Seniors a beauliful prom. As monThs passed, we aTTended more dances and cheered our Teams on To vicTory. WiTh spring near, we began seriously plan- ning Tor The Prom, which was held on May 30, aT The Ellcs Club. Anofher June and anofher vacafion soon came. ln Sepfember, l953, we were nol' only upper classmen, buf also Seniors. We all gof busy selling candy, soda. coffee, hor dogs af rhe foofball games, and we sold sweafshirfs and Chrisfmas cards in all The homerooms. We also sponsored numerous dances which were all very successful. All fhis Time we were also planning our Idler. Senior picfures, as well as acfivify and faculfy picfures were falcen. Soon January rolled around and exams were here. Alfhough by This fime we were guife used fo fhem, sfill we were worried, for fhey were a defermining facfor for our fufure. Somefhing new was added fo our money- making roufine This year, a firs'r and very successful magazine drive. And Came fhe Spring, our senior play, was presenfed in March. The casf proved ifs acfing abilify and everyone enjoyed fhe play immensely. As we fore off fhe pages from our calen- dar, we were soon faced wifh May, and fhe Prom. The Prom was very successful and fhe memories of fhaf nighf will long be wifh us. June II was here and we began our final exams. Mosf of us were Quife safisfied wifh fhe resulfs. On June 20, our Baccalaureafe Service was held. lf cerfainly was a lovely service, wasn'f if? Two days lafer we wenf on our class frip. We never had so much fun in our lives.
