The object of this club is to assist members in securing their 'Ham' licenses and to discuss and leam more about electronics. The members are looking forward to several trips to points of particular interest, GENERAL METAL SHOP CLUB Mr. Julian Wilder, Faculty Adviser This club meets every Tuesday afternoon. There is no president as its objective is to give any student in the school, as well as the students taking metal shop or-mechanics, a chance to work on projects. These projects may be special ones fscience, art, etc,jg or projects from home that need the supervision and tools to be found in the shop, or further work on school projects started in class, First row CL-Rl: R. MATH CLUB The purpose of the Mathematics Club is to provide an outlet for interest in mathematics and to encourage capable students to do individual research in topics which are not commonly discussed in the classroom as specific subject matter. Hardly a day passes that a member of the club is not called upon to operate one of the many fine pieces of visual aid equipment which our school is privileged to own, The boys are trained to use allequip- ment and in some cases to make minor repairs, The many films shown in classes and assemblies have been enjoyed by all including the boys who have had the pleas- ure as well as the responsibility of show- ing films. if GIRLS' SHUP The termites of R.M.H,S. can hardly be classified as unattractive and unde- sirable insects. They are the girls who can usually be found in the workshop Thursday afternoons. Letting the chips fall where they may, this has been one of the most interested group of wood car- vers you can find.
