Prineipafs Message The great Writer Carlyle Wrote, Happiness is a fractiong the numerator is What you have, the denominator is what you want. Rich people aren't always happy, for they almost always Want more than they have. Many people are smart enough not to Want what they can't have. It is surprising how happy they are. Of course they are ambitious and energetic and Want things they can have and enjoy getting them. The big idea is to have a purpose for your life that includes such important things as: Learning to be of real service in the worldg Working for those things that help people be their bestg Building for yourself security, so that you not only will be able to take care of yourself, but will also be able to help others. If you will work toward your purpose with all the resources you have and not Worry about things you can't have, you are likely to be a very happy person--the kind of a person people like to be around. Congratulations to the Oralue staff for their dedicated efforts toward the publication of this history-in-pictures and, to the graduating class members, We add our sincere wishes for successful future accomplishments. Lester Greear I 3 Wayne Ball, Principal Vice Principal
