-'41 The Semor Class of R1dgef1eld Hrgh School presents the 1959 Caudatowan ThlS yearbook means two lmportant thmgs to us Flrst lt IS the closmg chapter ln a story we have been enacting the past four years The plot has not always been excltlng or 1nsp1r1ng the actlon has not always been easy the characters as well as d1verse have often been trylng and lffltatlng However we have reached a goal We leave the well fllled pages of thls book and separately step out 1nto a larger one fllled wlth blank pages Secondly the 1959 Caudatowan acts as an lntroductlon to thls new book of the future It contalns memorles both nostalglc and laugh provoklng of a growth and educatlon It shows us where we have been and what we have done From here on lt IS a new adventure the plot of whlch remalns entlrely Wllll the 1nd1v1dual pens of each of us The blank leaves of a new and more excltlng book spread before us lt IS up to us to be the author of the book Although reluctant and unsure at tlmes we step forth strengthened by famlllar and well loved scenes and the Caudatowan full of memorles accompanles us
