Tom Thumb's Wedding was presented by the first and second grades in our Christmas program. This was followed by On MacDonald's Farm by the third and fourthgrades and the play A Song 15 Born by the seventh and eighth grades. The Girls' Glee Club sang two numbers and ended the program with the Hallelujah Chorus. Dotty Lou Stewart and Bonnie Lu Logan was selected to sing in the All- State Chorus, however, because of unforeseen circumstances, the girls were unable to attend this festival. High School music students participated in the All-County Music Festival held at Union on April 17. The girls' sextet represented Ridge with two special numbers. The third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grades presented the operetta Tom Sawyer which is based on Mark Twain's story by the same title. The Girls' Glee Club provided music for the Baccalaureate services and the Girls' Sextet at Commencement, We thank you, Bonnie Lu, for your splendid work as accompanist for our music organizations.
