Our aim is to develop leadership, co-operation, responsibility, and thrift in the boys. We hope to accomplish this through F.F.A. Robert McCoy won a four year scholarship to Ohio State, by taking the Ohio State Voca- tional Agriculture test. He also won a trophy on soy beans, an award given by Holland Pio- neer Mills. Long, Doris Hines, Rose Elai ' utsey, Anna Lee Busch. lene Perry, Bonnie Carlotta Eaken, Shirley Davies, Marilyn Yo The Ridge Y-Teens Club of twenty-eight girls was organized with Arlene Hyrnan as president, Anna Lee Busch as vice president, Mary Alice O'Leary secretary, and Louise Goodwin treasurer. Arlene, who represented our club at the Y-Teens conference at Denison University, was also elected County Y-Teen president. The installation of officers was a religious candle light service, followed by a tea for mothers and guests. Our Easter Chapel services were in charge of Rev. Phillip Benbower of the Middle Point Presbyterian Church. Music was furnished by the girls. Our projects have been the covering of a davenport and chair for the school rest room, the sending of packages to England and Belgium, giving of gifts to the County Home, and the sponsoring of several high school parties. Our projects were financed by money from bake om at basketball games. sales and check ro 19

Our advisors are Mrs. I. C. Poe, and Marcile Stegaman. Iean Ellen Poe went to the State Fair where she received first on her dress-up-dress. Mary Leathers received second in beginners.
