Plans for fhis gymnasium have been compleled, buf because of 'lhe survey, have dicfaled lhe neces- si+y +ha+ +he s+ar+ of 'lhis building noi begin unfil a permanen+ and adequafe college si+e wilh campus have been selecled. The S500,000 gymnasium will confain a maximum size baskefball courl' wifh a capacify for 2,800 where name feams can be en- ferfained on home grounds. Adequafea offices, lounge rooms, adequafe space for enferfainmenf of visifing feams and s'l'or- age of afhlefic equipmenf have been planned. A full lime physical educafion program, 'logefher wilh much needed inframural programs fo accommodafe sludenfs of bolh sexes under a full 'rime Direclor of Afhlefics will be forfhcoming. Class room and science building, parf of The unifs, will give fhe college relief from ifs over- crowded class room facilifies. Class assembly, s+u- denf body assembly and alumni reunion will 'rhen become a fixed parl of 'lhe college program. Afler fhe complefion of fhis firrf unif in fhe New Era expansion and relocafion program, will come fhe consfrucfion of a library, dormifories and addifional class room facilifies.
