Rider College Tavored The adopfion oT boTh The Treshman rule and The Transfer rule. The oTher colleges opposed The move because mosT of Them are Too small To operaTe wiThouT Treshmen. WalTer R. Taylor, direcior of puloliciTy and professor of journalism and English in Rider College, was elecTed presidenT of The organizaTion Tor The I949-50 season. Also elecTed To oTTice were Henry E.
