Presidenl Moore received his Bachelor of Arls degree from Princelon Universily in I926. l-le laler received degrees of Bachelor of Business Aclminislralion from Rider College, Masler of Educalion from Rulgers Universily, and Doclor of Educalion from Rulgers Universilyj Dr. Moore enlered mililary service in l942, holding lhe rank ol Ll. Commander in lhe U. S. Navy belween l942 and l945.
