41.1 Y? Mr. Franklin F. Moore President Franklin F. Moore, who has been connected actively with education for many years, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1926. He later received de- grees in Master of Education from Rutgers University, Bachelor of Business Administration from Rider College and Doctor of Edu- cation from Rutgers. He was in turn, an instructor, registrar, and president of the college. In 1943 he entered the Navy as lieutenant commander. Two years later he returned to once again assume his duties as president. President Moore's wide experience in education, both in teach- ing and administrating, presents immeasurable assistance to Rider students. I2
