I was not scared, I saw relatives of mine, that had long since passed away in the ages of time. I was greeted by them with handshakes and hugs And a reassurance they were all right and they gave me their love. The voice I heard previously came back once more. It said, It's time to go. I walked to the tunnel door. I was pulled like a vaccuum through the dark tunnel walls, to the light at the end where reality was. In the brief flash of light I was back in the room, writhing these words on my paper that lay flat on my desk. I realized I wasn't afraid of that place called death. I began to understand when my daydream was at end. The light faded to black, it was bright no longer. One day as I sat in class debating, of what I'm writing here, what I'm saying. I traveled through a dark tunnel near the end, there was light. A thought occured to me, that had never registered in my mind before. Things started to become clearer as I neared the end of my flight My thought flowed freely as my mind was I entered a place that was pretty and lifted as though my body drifted through warm, sat down and tried to think where the open door. my journey began. I recognized the sound of business machines rapping, of busy feet stamping on the hard floor. A nonchalant voice entered into my ears and said, Well Greg I see your daydreaming again. This took place as I drifted through the long corridor Today your thoughts have taken you to a place called death. Suddenly a loud noise I heard, began to get stronger Relax, sit back, you have nothing to dread. 88 WRITTEN BY GREG BLANKENSHIP f DE6A CONTENTION f 1.
