Administration Elementary Mr. C. A. Samples Superintendent Mrs. Evelyn Mann In November of 1969 a tour group of American educators went to the Communistic countries of Europe. It was our privilege to be one of the group. We visited the school in Finland, Russia, Czechslovakia. Hungary, Spain and Portugal. We especially enjoyed having an opportunity to meet and talk with so many secondary students. Comparing the different Communistic ways of education with our American ways was interesting and informative. Mrs. Evelyn Mann enjoys the bon voyage party given to her by the faculty before she left for Europe. Bottom right: Mrs. Evelyn Mann after a successful game of pin the tail on the donkey opens the gifts and seems quite pleased with empty lotion bottles, bent bobby pins and an old ear ring which she promptly put on her right ear.
