Each is an attempt to capture some picture of gain or growth. Intangible though they may seem, the changes taking place in each student throughout the year become the composite picture of Ricker as seen by others and as experienced by you, its students. Your purposes will give the picture focus. Your selection of interests give it the quality of depth. Your enthusiasm will contribute the color. The lighting will come by the thoroughness with which you do your work. Yes, you are in the picture, contributing in some way to the whole.
