First Boys Compete in Homemaking Contest Erroll Hammond, William Lee and Donald Moore were the first three boys at Rickards ever to compete in the Betty Crocker Search for Homemakers of Tomorrow test of family life, knowledge and attitudes. The test was given by the home economics department.
