LEFT TO RIGHT: Russell Roberts, Ernest Wasserbeck, David Glann, Dr. Holcomb, President; Paul Hoffman, Vice- President; Kenny Kyle, Clerk; Richard Fetter, Superintendent. Board of Education Meeting in our Richwood High School Board room on the third Monday night of each month, these men establish our school policy. It is this policy that guides our lives for the nine short months of our school year. Every new plan that will affect the members of Richwood High School comes before our Board of Education. Representing the citizens of the community, the Board of Education is a link between the public and the school. The responsibility to the state and to the community for the operation of the Richwood Local School System falls upon the shoulders of these seven men. To the Board of Education of Richwood High School, we the students, the beneficiaries of your efforts, say a hearty and sincere Thank you. 4

An annual should attempt to capture the atmosphere, activities and accomplishments of a school and preserve them for future reference and enjoyment. Much time and effort is required to produce a good annual. This work is worth-while when students have given freely of time, energy and talents, not only for personal satisfaction, but also for their group, team and school. The spark of initiative, the self-determination to succeed, and the unselfish sharing of rewards are traits that must be preserved if we are to continue to grow and prosper. I would like to convey my best personal regards to each student, those who are graduating and those who will be returning to Richwood High School next fall. May each of you continue to feel the urge to do, to serve, and to achieve through hard work, honest dealings, and wise judgments. Sincerely, Richard D. Fetter, Superintendent
