Carol Franklin, Secretary; Nancy Evans, Treasurer; Bob Gray, Vice-President; Ray Yearsley, President. As we, the Class of 1961, leave these familiar halls of Richwood High to step into the world outside, we take with us countless lingering memories. We shall never forget all the good times we have shared, all the good friends we have made, all the good fun we have known within these walls. The hard work, the hard laughs, all are weaved with golden threads within our book of memories, there to repose forever. Now the time has come, however. The beginning is ended. We must now go forth into the world and face our futures, alone. The qualities we struggled to attain today have suddenly become the tools with which we shall build our tomorrows. Yet, though we are leaving and our voices will no longer echo down these halls, we, the Class of '61, hope that you will always endeavor to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield” those things which you are learning today; for they shall be the touchstones to tomorrow.
