Oophomores Our sophomore class began a hard struggle this year with our academic courses. Many of us took five subjects, including geometry, Spanish, and world history. But we fought the battle of homework with the lights burning brightly each night. At the start of the year we elected Carl McCleese as our President. He was as- sisted by Bob Hill, Vice-President, and Carol Cochran, Secretary-Treasurer. Our class ended the year with a Last Fling dance, which was promoted by each member of the class. Class members did a fine job on their different committees to make the dance a success. We are looking forward to our junior year and hope to achieve much more to add to this year's progress. 23
