Some sen- iors Ilhe ralsl lried lo bulldoze me when I asked one of lhem lo pick up a coal while I' was on lhe parallel bars. They asked me lo name eighl leachers in lhe Main and as I knew lhe name, I foiled lhe seniors. Thursday, April IO.-I kidded around in sludy loday and I was senl lo Mr. Kanwil. Luckily, he was oul lo lunch and I gol away wilh a de- linlion which lhe clerk gave me. The big guys smoke. I don'l like l al. Friday, April I8.-I wenl lo SyIvia's house lonighl. A slreak of bad luck accompanied me. Firsl, some ice-cream slipped on my lrousers. Then when I drank coffee, I spilled some on her dress. Whal a dirly look her molher gave me. Wednesday, December 24.-There's some girl whom I see afew limes a week in lhe audilorium during sludy period. She's awfully sweel and cule. She's a class officer. I saw some of lhe fellows foday-Mike, Izzy, Sugey, Mel, and Arl'y. The rooms aren'l' new lo me because I wenl' fo Annex 90 in grammar school. I gol' my program -algebra, English, civics, French. l've heard a lol of slories aboul' algebra - lhaf l'hey give a lol of homework ll hope noll. I saw lhe grammar school kids loclay affer I gol' oul' of school. I can'l see how I ever was one of lhem. I played handball wilh lhe infanls and gee, did fhey look up lo me.
