I fhink I'm going lo like lhis place a lol, from fhe way fhe leachers acled. They frealed us more like grown-ups lhan lhe leachers in 8B did. I saw some of lhe fellows foday-Mike, Izzy, Sugey, Mel, and Arl'y. The rooms aren'l' new lo me because I wenl' fo Annex 90 in grammar school. I gol' my program -algebra, English, civics, French. l've heard a lol of slories aboul' algebra - lhaf l'hey give a lol of homework ll hope noll. I saw lhe grammar school kids loclay affer I gol' oul' of school. I can'l see how I ever was one of lhem. I played handball wilh lhe infanls and gee, did fhey look up lo me. I'm a big shof wilh lhem now. F Tuesday, February 8.-I forgol lo go l'o lhe French class loday. I didn'l know my program well enough and I fhoughl' I had a sludy per- iod. Wednesday, April 20.-Enjoyed a swell chalk lighl in official class. As lhe leacher came in, she was hif. Two fellows gol' red cards. When I ducked in lhe wardrobe lo escape gelling hil', she came in. I was saved and I don'l mean maybe. Friday, May 7.-One of lhe girls from grammar school came over lo me and asked me lo come l'o a parl'y. I said, Nol'hing doingl Those girls give me a pain. Why do lhey have lo be in fhis? Monday, Sepfember 9.-School slarled loday. Whal' a vacalion I hadl I have early session in Annex 56.
