R. when we're gone, Still forward striving, fresh honor driving, Keep the torch burning, hand it on. Old O. R. faces, Old O. The book that these four years have penned May never reach great heights of fame, But to each of us it breathes the knowledge that Our lives will never again be quite the same. Some chapters tell of a new year beginning When new faces mingle with old, The excited greetings as school mates return, Never again before us unfold. Each chapter o'er flows with thoughts of friends And teachers, who have given us the key To a more successful life in the future. For each we cherish a special memory. As our thoughts wander back o'er these pages, The realization comes that we must part. With each remembrance that we leave behind us, We also leave a part of each heart.
