Second-semester students participated in the national program known as Home Economics Related Occupation. Students were employed part-time, mostly in food service jobs. One of the more popular courses the department offered was Bovs’ Homemaking. In addition to Foods and Clothing, Today’s Living, Home Management, and Home Nursing w-ere also offered. Home Ec.
