Whip at R.H.S. Our two fine deans, Mrs. Gladys Friberg and Mr. Riclnard Coons have tiring and, at times, thankless tasks. They are always more than willing to offer a helping hand to any student with a problem. Mrs. Friberg our Dean of Girls, also gives valuable assistance to the Student Coun- cil and provides essential information to all college-bound seniors. She holds an A.B. degree from Concordia College and an A.M. from Columbia. She has done graduate work at the University of California, Miami Uni- versity, and Purdue. Mr. Coons, besides his regular task, serves as vice-principal. He has an A.B. degree from Earlham College and c M.A. degree from Columbia University. 21
