S ,dame Qfwtofzq We entered Richmond High School September 5, 1953 with 47 of the most intelli- gent freshmen that ever have, or ever will, enter. During the school year we dwindled down to 42. On September 25, we were initiated. We will have to admit that the sophomores did a very good job of welcoming the freshmen to R. H. S. We had several socials during the year, all of which were successful. We were now well into our sophomore year. We have 32 students, and are well represented in various school activities. Many sophomores are in the band and glee- club, '7 boys play on the football team, 4 play basketball, and 8 of the girls are out for basketball. To date our or11y activity has been Freshman Reception, which was held on September 30, 1954.
