Text from Pages 1 - 56 of the 1953 volume:

The 1953 ECHO Presented by The Echo Staff of Richmond High School Richmond, Michigan Our Theme The theme of our book this year is music. Music symbolizes happiness and gaiety, and our high school days are among the happiest days of our lives. We will always have fond memories of them. Our Dedication We, the staff of the 1953 ECHO, have selected music as our theme. We feel, then, that it is only right to dedicate our book to all the musical organizations of our school and community — to the band, the orchestra, and anything musical. These organizations are always striving to make our school days more joyful. 2 High School Auditorium A Administration and Faculty MARGE NICHOLAS Secretary SHIRLEY BUSSLER Spanish, English, History LaVERGNE SCOGGINS Commercial x ROSE BRYANT 6 7 ero orv.
